  • Device Data: We collect information about your mobile device, including hardware model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for security and analytics.

  • Verification: We use your phone number to verify your account via One-Time Password (OTP).
  • Service Delivery: We use your location to track rides, calculate fares, and connect you with nearby passengers.
  • Safety: Your personal documents are processed for background checks and identity verification before you are authorized to drive.

We value your trust. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share data with:

  • Necessary Service Providers: Third-party services required to run the app, such as Google Firebase (for cloud storage/authentication) and Map services (for navigation).

4. Account and Data Deletion

We provide users with full control over their account information:

  • How to Delete: You can request account deletion directly within the App Settings or by contacting our support team via email.
  • The Process: Once an account deletion request is processed, all personal data, including your ID details and location history, will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

Apple Compliance Note

In accordance with App Store guidelines, users have the right to delete their account and all associated data from within the app interface at any time.
